  • How much does short-term rental management cost?

    My management fee is a 15 % commission. It covers marketing and listings on Airbnb and Booking, 24/7 guest communication, key handover and administration with regular reports. You get the details in writing before we start.

  • Who pays for repairs during the rental?

    I arrange repairs and upkeep as quickly as possible. Materials and the handyman's work, for example when the washing machine or air conditioning breaks, are paid by the property owner.

  • Is short-term or long-term rental better for me?

    It depends on the location, size and furnishing. After a viewing I suggest which option pays off more for your property. The decision is always yours.

  • Do I need to be available in person?

    No. I take over communication with guests, check-ins and looking after the property. You get the income and an overview.

  • Do you manage properties outside Košice?

    I work in Košice. If your property is nearby, get in touch and we will work something out.

  • How do I book accommodation in Košice?

    Directly through the form on this page, and later also via Airbnb and Booking once the profiles are ready. Send me your dates and I will reply with availability and the price.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in and check-out times differ between stays. For a direct booking I confirm them together with your dates.

  • How much is a night?

    The price depends on the specific stay, the dates and the number of nights. I will send it with the availability in reply to your enquiry.
